Rockerman403 0 Report post Posted December 29, 2016 PSA for ya guys! Dont try to sell anything o nthe AH for an expensive price, even though youve seen it up for that price previously. Because when some ваууing retard buys a good epic item for that much, you get banned for what they call buying gold. Just so everyone knows its now imposssible to sell good items for their price

(TheReal) Krom 7 Report post Posted December 29, 2016 cuz last time i checked (yesterday), it was of 1600g on AH, wich is legitimate but would litteraly #triggered the system for a level 44 mail item
Shayss 43 Report post Posted December 29, 2016 I think this is paranoid stuff, however if it's currently how their detection system works then this should definately be highlighted. Could a GM please confirm? Should we be taking screenshots of our items going up? Should we make tickets to GM first confirming we are putting an item up?
Legron 4 Report post Posted December 29, 2016 I'm interested in this case too, since i plan to transfer few hunded golds to another faction toon by using neutral AH ovepriced item.

I saw what happened to you before they stopped the +/- on the old Elysium forums.
Outstanding 10 Report post Posted December 29, 2016 Also, they should take into account cross-factional sales through the neutral AH on the PvE realm. Commonly they use the 1 Iron Bar = 100 gold selling price to get money through to their horde toons having figured out that Alliance are pink fleshy cry babies

gotmilk0112 10 Report post Posted December 29, 2016 Oh boy, another "wahh wahh I got banned for (insert normal thing here) !!!!" story. GMs don't just ban you on a whim. If you got banned, that means they were able to confirm that you were doing something against TOS.
Patchi 4 Report post Posted December 29, 2016 I've talked to a GM about this situation. Guild bank stuff mostly, but they don't just ban and not review. If you're indeed not a gold buyer or seller and it was a legitimate sale, they won't ban you, or will lift the ban quickly after an investigation. To try and make things safer, you could make a post in the Items Marketplace, saying you have "xxxxx" Item for sale etc, so you have some type of trace record of the item and what you're selling it for etc.
Rockerman403 0 Report post Posted December 29, 2016 Ive got it being looked into. I wasn't even selling random blues. I was selling epics at the price my auction add-on said they had sold for in the past.
