Scambug 9 Report post Posted January 6, 2017 (edited) I see on the server status page they moved Nost PvP (12k cap) to the left, Nost PvE (6k) in the middle and Elysium to the right. Harmless 0 Report post Posted January 7, 2017 Blizzard started new servers with super low cap (maybe 3-500) to avoid starting zone madness, and then slowly dynamically increased the cap.
