It kept stopping at Authenticating, so I tried deleting the WDB and WTF files to see if that would help (im an idiot I know) and unfortunately, I am unable to login to any server, not even Nostalrius PvE. What do I do? If I can't play on the new server so be it, but now I can't even log into the older servers and am always stuck on Authenticating... MeridianAdams 0 Report post Posted January 8, 2017 Oh I have been having problems with this (too explicit for young eyes) game for the past 5 hours if not more. I have had to redo my UI 8 times because of crashes due to pressing any direction button on my keyboard to move after I have finished, and the fact my settings are not saved (after being in a queue of almost 12 THOUSAND other people trying to log in and then after the final crash being put into a queue of 5 Thousand+) which meant I had to redo my settings every time, including saving to profiles that again do not save. Now apparantly I am stuck on Authenticating which as you can imagine is driving me mad, especially since I tried to redo my settings when I finally managed to log in, and logged back out instead of crashing in the hopes that my settings would have been saved, and now I cannot even find out if they have saved because the (too explicit for young eyes) game wont even let me in. And I have got to say that the realm status page is (too explicit for young eyes) useless because half the time it says the servers are up when in fact they are down. On the whole, this has been a rather aggravating time. I can only imagine how the guys who are running things must be feeling. I just hope that things get sorted out soon, because I came here to play the game, not bitch and whine on the forums. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

But it does have its limits, and mine has reached its end. I have been trying every 30 seconds to a minute like was asked, but it does not help when you have a server status page which does not seem to show correct info. It tells me it is offline for hours I refresh the page once to check status and it still says it is offline, then I refresh the page 5 minutes later and it tells me the server has been up for the past hour and a half. Things like this do not help, also the fact that the website and game seems to be under attack by some pricks who want to spoil a good thing does make matters worse. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I also have website issues.. cant access some pages etc. i either get "wtf this aint working" or i get the "website is offline" errors. Could be that their bandwidth is just maxed atm, or they are getting friendly pings from jealous people that is giving us issues. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I've been try everything to login for about 4-5 hours with every tips around (like : login every 30s & restart client before login), but nothing works. and then.... I try what if I fill my password with wrong password ? yap... the same response from login server. connecting -> auth -> 10-30s later disconnect. its been 6 hours since last server restart. Try it Been there, done that, gotten the T-shirt and the full recycle bin........I have however managed to get into a queue, however I have been in the queue for the past 30 minutes and there seems to be no end to it. And what could possibly happen to make me come here bitching again? I move half a (too explicit for young eyes) inch in any direction and CTD. Not once, but 3 times. Then when I go to log in again I am 12k in another (too explicit for young eyes) queue. Yeah I think I am done torturing myself. I came to this site to play Vanilla wow for fun, and right now I am not having fun. In fact I am more stressed out than when I started. Thanks guys for making me feel miserable (Not aimed at the Nost and Elys team but the (too explicit for young eyes) people who have been DDoSsing the crap out of the game and website).
