Make some in game announcements and put it as the servers starting message for a few days. Problem solved. I don't need 10K players, but 3K at US peak is low for modern vanilla wow standards. Yes I know this was considered high pop back during Vanilla. Don't care. I also used to play on a 4x4 bubble monitor.... doesn't mean I wanna go back to that. This is an easy fix. I think people are slow to move over because they think their level 25 with no tangible guild investment is somehow worth holding on to in the face of queues. Meanwhile, intelligent people moved immediately, and are now 25, forming new guilds, and will reach 60 long before their counterparts, who are holding out. This is evidenced by the fact that everyone is asking for transfers. People would rather have a que than lose their name or week of progress.
