No, the numbers 30 at the very center. Sometimes they stack in different colors.

Its from that addon DebuffTimers which shows debuff timer in luna uf. but idk how to get rid of them.

Yes, it decreases over time, usually.

That's is definitely DebuffTimers, Had the same problem. I think the only fix is that you get rid of Unit Frame Addons (LunaFrames in your case). I tried just fixing it too, but it was a waste of time.

Get the latest version from here, maybe it's an outdated one that you have.

to make this clear, this behavior does NOT come from DebuffTimers

I don't maintain this addon anymore. EnemyFrames (you can find it on the Kronos forums) has replaced all the necessary functionality. EBTV was originally just meant as a quick backport of one of my TBC addons.
