Its becoming a problem and no way to report in game??  If anyone could let me know I would love that.

All day Yihan has been afking bgs.

Afking was a bannable offense in retail vanilla; it's just always hard to prove. If the server strives to be blizz-like, it's bannable, plain and simple.

It is a banable offense as admins have echoed this policy many times here on the forums the last few days and weeks.

I would prefer a system like: if 5 players in your battleground "reported" you, you immediately lose 10 Gold from your bag. 

 

Instantly makes those AFK-ers regret something, and also instantly less douches in BG chat. Two birds with one stone.
