I would definitely get this cleared with staff before use. It could be argued that this is a function that exploits the way the game is meant to be played. The easiest way to explain this is why there aren't any addons like this already? 

The game has the inability for cross faction chat for good reason. I would 100% get this checked off by staff before assuming it is safe for use.

I was going to do this, but after looking through the terms and services of Elysium i found it never said we couldn't do stuff like this. Seeing as a form of this existed in vanilla that also helped, although i still wasn't convinced but then i realized, we already have a cross faction chat.. discord. This is what convinced me, for now i am going to only use this as a third language if the devs want  this not to be a thing they can reply to this an i will take it down.

Interesting. I have been wondering if one-sided translation is possible. Have found surprisingly little information with google but I'm guessing it isn't (assume some sort of hashing and or randomization is used)?

If you don't want to talk with the other faction that is fine! Imo it is still interesting to have a third language!

Well, previous experience shows us that you can get banned even if this particular thing isn't explicit mentioned in the ToS.

Thee were addons that did this before on retail and they were prohibited.

You can easily find it's prohibited in TOU agreement.

Since this was prohibited by Blizzard, i can't see why it should be alowed here.
