Gold transfer Horde - > Alliance

Hi was wondering if its illegal to transfer gold from my horde char to my alliance char through neutral AH ?

Absolutely ok to do. As long a the gold is legit, it's legit.

This is perfectly legal through the neutral AH

Though you might have to use an auction addon to do it.

 

If I used the default auction interface, it would just give "You cannot bid on your own auctions", but if I used Aux, it worked fine.

I recently did that, and found out the neutral AH cut is a huge 15%, so it might not be worth it.

There's really no other way to transfer gold, outside of transferring valuable items and hoping they sell.

I have just tried to do the exact same thing with the aux addon but didnt work.. comes with the same message... is there a workaround for this?

Have your Alliance characters on one account and your horde characters on another.
