Hacked character on Anathema - Firedup

I just witnessed a lvl 7 gnome called Firedup mine a rich thorium vein in burning steppes.

I have attached a screenshot of the offending played in the act.

Obviously this is some hacker on a throw away account, I've noticed recently that Burning Stepees has been extremely overfarmed, and this is likely the reason.

This is some severe hacking that needs to be addressed immediately.

No, in order to mine a rich thorium vein you need 275 mining, which is impossible for a level 7 character. This account is obviously hacked.

Incorrect. You had to go to a specific trainer normally not in a major city to level up past 225.

Minimum level for Artisan mining is 25, and it'd be an utter shit-show getting it legitimately at that level.

The character I'm reporting was lvl 7 at the time of the incident. This is an obvious instance of hacking that needs addressing.
