Expert Goldminer's Helmet +7 Axes question

I have just one question:

Does the weapon increase Axes +7 from the item Expert Goldminer's Helmet affect 2 hand axes as well?

Yes, weapon skill like that affects both 1h and 2h weapons. Just like how the Warrior weapon specialization just says "axes" or "swords" or "maces", but it works for both 1h and 2h weapons.

There are no stats for "+x to two-handed axes" or "+x to two-handed swords", only "+x to axes", "+x to maces", etc.

Okay, found it out by equipping it.

It does NOT work for 2hd!

No. If it's for two handed axes for example, it will specifically say for two handed axes.
