Character Disappeared

First let me say that I was not hacked, and I've never purchased gold. I went to log into my character Treize level 60 mage on Elysium only to find that it was gone from the character screen. My other characters on Anathema are fine and have no missing gold or items. 

Can a GM look up what the heck actually happened to my character?

Try making an ingame ticket too, just so you will get an answer faster.

was the ch made from here or was it transed over from nost.Some one ese said they lost a nost ch maybe something is wrong with the data

Character was made here. 

Just need a GM to look at the logs and check IPs, verify it was a hack. I doubt it but it looks like it. I just want to know what happened.

I'd like to add that, last week I had farmed about 556k honor, so after reset this week I made it to rank 9. I log off for a bit then log back in and it says I only have 133k for last week and rank 8. I log off, come back on an hour later and my character is gone. This is something clearly messed up with your server.

It's been 48 hours and no response to my in-game ticket. It's saying it will be serviced soon since 24 hours ago. What the heck Elysium?!

Hello.

They are not going to help you with your ticket. When you ask them to return your character, they will also say no.

You will be waiting more than a week for a response.

I didn't share account and I use a complex password that is a mix of capital lower case letters, numbers and symbols. Same type of password that meets requirements of financial institutions and corporate employers. 

also why wouldnt they restore the character? What kind of joke server is this? So much for Blizzlike server.

They didn't guess your p.w.  Most likely wherever it was stored was compromised.  They do not restore hacked accounts because they just don't have the time and effort needed to manually do it.

Yeah that is right. 

When "looking" into my issue, they saw that my IP had changed and closed down my account for "Account trading".

I had just moved address and got a new ISP. I showed them the documents of a new ISP with all of the dates matching up perfectly.

They refused to look into it and declined the appeal.

Seriously, these GM's are absolute scum.

How far did you move?  I've played from 3 different ip addresses within the same state and had no problems.

Also if this is true im logging from 3-4 places daily . Home, work ,weekend house and friends place.

So basically they can't be bothered to do anything? If I can't get my character back because of negligence from these clowns I am done fuck private servers.

They have limited resources and this is one of the areas that gets the short end of the stick.  I'd probably quit too if all my chars vaporized.

We're not talking about a lvl 20 or 30, this was a level 60 with a lot of time invested into it. Time getting 60, grinding Dungeons for gear and attunements, plus all the countless hours ranking...All they can say is Sorry you shouldn't have gotten hacked.

I used 2h weapons to level. All 2h are fine. But when I went back to learn 1h. It seemed to have bugged.

That's it. Instead of solving the problem, they found an excuse to ban an account even after showing evidence.

Had similar experience. I dont report people because i know how Gms here are worse than feminist on a period.
