Maage 1 Report post Posted March 10, 2017 not sure what you're talking about. Playing on my lvl 60 mage daily and I haven't noticed a difference. Maybe you're fighting elementals that resist more freeze? They definitely wouldn't dumb down mages spell power without posting something in the Updates section.
