Are they bots?

I have seen people grinding mobs til they are high leveled. They are never responding and and i've seen them there many days in a row, for example. The isle in Feralas there is a level 47 rogue that is grinding 40-41 wolves and a 40 or something mage grinding the raptors in dustwallow. Their behaviour just seems wierd in my eyes. The mage never targeted me, and never did something to me, except when a horde juped me and we were in combat right besides him, i polied him and ran of and he went back to normal again.

Go and grab Fraps, and Fraps people who you think are botting and post them here.

 

You can watch movement and spell usage to determine, its really easy.  You can also tag mobs before the bot hits them with throw or a low aggro damage ability.  Make the bot do your work for you.
