Arfinicus 0 Report post Posted April 8, 2017 Hey internet denizens. I am still new at vanilla wow, and in researching tables, formulas and deep knowledge about every little detail in mmorpg's or gaming in general. But I was playing around with the talent calculator for the warrior, because I still have no set idea about how to spend my talent points as a warrior. I'd like to do dungeons, raiding and pvp'ing, preferably with a built that is optimized for all those. I know as an orc if I wanted to specialize in weapons, I should pick axes, because of the species' bonus to those. But I just love polearms, Anyhow any feedback is appreciated;http://db.vanillagaming.org/?talent#LAhxdAboVzEx
Pwnana 1 Report post Posted April 8, 2017 This build lacks key talents in Fury -> Enrage (25% more damage after crit) and Blood Craze which allows you some regeneration. Those, and Piercing Howl, are among the most worthwhile talents, while neither Booming Voice or Improved Demoralizing Shout are such. The standard Arms PvP build is 31/20 If you mainly want to do dungeons and raiding you need to look at deep Fury (17/34) and deep Protection (Main Tank build: 8/5/38) and not Arms. Hybrid builds that attempt to combine all three are almost uniformly miserable.

You can tank 5 mans and UBRS just fine as fury or arms, though you will have an easier time as prot. If you are a core tank, you will have to be able to drop 100g a week to spec from the PvP spec to your tanking spec if you want to do decent in PvP.

Warriors can only really be optimized at 1 role at a time.
