Revitalize Anathema: Increase XP Rates

The pop is falling, and there isn't much leveling activity on here.  I think that applying a unique element to Anathema (in this case, increased XP rates) would benefit it.

Doing this would make it attract players who are not very interested in leveling.

I don't know the optimal rate, but something non-trivial would probably be ideal; maybe 10x would be best.
