Alliance vs Horde (New Player)

As a new player starting out, I had a few questions regarding the main server -

Are both factions PvP competent, or does one side pick on the other?

Are BG victories one-sided to a faction?

How quick can you get a dungeon group with Alliance? (I know they have fewer players)

Alliance have fewer players because I keep ganking them in Redridge, thus, they cannot level past 22+

Alliance has fewer players (not always, but most of the time), but I don't think it makes it noticeably harder to find groups.

Can't tell about BGs, haven't been there for a while.

Both sides have plenty of players, if there are fewer on Alliance then I haven't noticed. I am levelling characters on both. It is very easy to get groups, I personally have found it marginally easier on Alliance as people have been friendlier but that's probably just a coincidence.

In battlegrounds at least the ones below 60, it's pretty even and your luck will just rely on how many twinks happened to queue.

On elysium: Alliance can typically get into battle grounds instantly. Finding groups shouldn't be a problem.

I have multiple toons on both sides.

Alliance seems to want to group more IMO.  I had easier times getting a group on Alliance.
