If sync is disabled though DPSMate does not send messages.

I have literally no clue why this happens for you guys. Can some other guild confirm this?

To clarify on what Alrik said. The way I've noticed the problem is that whenever a mob dies I get a few freeze frames. Since on Razorgore mobs die ever so often though not constantly it's very infuriating since it just feels like you're dropping frames all the time while still remaining somwhat playable. Then in for example supressison room where large amounts of mobs get AOE'd and killed off at the exact same time I get a screen freeze that can easily last for 10 seconds. This is for obvious reasons detrimental.

Alright, this narrows it down a lot. It is not syncing then actually.

I think I know a fix for that. I can't implement it now though but I will work on it asap.

Can you try to "Quote" me when you have a fix? So i get an Notification.

I'd love to to have Legacy Logs uploads since i can go super in depth with my DMG. (Like recognizing HoJ is underwhelming and skilling Overpower is wasted Talentpoints.)

Having a slight issue with this addon (it's probably something I'm doing wrong). I doesn't seem to display MY dps? it shows everyone else in the raid fine, but doesn't show me. Is there some obvious setting I'm meant to toggle on for it to show up? Apologies in advance for likely stupidity on my behalf. 

(I'm just using a fresh install, I downloaded the latest version and installed it - no settings have been changed)

Hi Shino,

I have updated to the most recent build and I am getting an error as soon as I click the minimap icon or whenever I click any of the menu items in config. Here is the error message :

DPSMate\DPSMate.lua:435: attempt to index a nil value

I just get spammed with this error. I have done everything in the readme and I've tried several versions behind the latest and I am still getting the same error. The DPSMate version I was using before was probably a few months old (all the files were still in one folder in the Addons folder.) Let me know if you know what might be causing this or if you need any other info.

Like I said I have tried everything that was in the readme. I have tried deleting those 2 files again this morning and I am still having the same issue. Is there anything else that I am missing?

This "Remove DPSMate.lua and DPSMate.lua.bak in your WTF/Account/YOUR ACC NAME/SERVER NAMEYOUR CHAR NAME/SavedVariables/" is what I am removing. I see only 2 files.

Yep, but I also said in my previous post that you should delete the file in the account savedvaribles

So in "WTF/Account/YOUR ACC NAME/ there should be 2 more files labeled DPSMate? I don't see them. All I see are folders with server names as well as the following:

bindings-cache.wtf

cache.md5

macros-cache

macros-local

SavedVariables.lua

SavedVariables.lua.bak

Should I delete these last two? Will it have an impact on other addons?

So I've been having a problem with the newer versions of dps mate. The only one I have found to work is b90. All the versions newer than that give errors and dont record my damage done or taken. As well the config menu is unsuable, it shows the config menu but I cant change tabs at all, clicking on the other tabs does nothing. 
I have tried disabling all other addons and when i do the problems persist as well as I get LUA errors popping up. (I normally run an addon to suppress LUA errors). Also amusingly enough, when I click "lock windows" on the first/default tab of the config menu, it unlocks the window. Unchecking the box locks the windows.

 

Help appreciated as I want/need to start recording logs for my guild.

Sorry, i should've added that. I did that. Same problem.

 

Edit: Ahh, I found it. there are more than one of those two files and I was deleting the wrong ones.

This <Aube> guild in Horde does not exists... there 3 horde raids are just the result of a bug that you have solved now.

If you could do that, it will be much appreciated...

Oh and I have another question, why I see the loot on some Legacy Logs report, such as this one :

Mine are not including the loot droped during the raid.

Do I have to be the master loot or something like that ?
