What headset do you all use?

I'm tired of buying фекал headsets that exploded on the third or sixth month of ownership.

 

The best headset I had was an old school Sennheiser that lasted 2 years, all Sennheisers I had since have been garbage.

 

I've tried razor, Logitech and a few other off brands all have failed.  

 

I stay away from normal 3.5mm jacks and wireless headsets after many bad experiences.  

So anyone got a decent USB headset that has lasted over a year and cost under 200 USD?

I've been using a $35 Ausdom bluetooth headset for over a year now; works perfectly fine outside of some minor glitching here and there.

 

Only problem is that the stock ear cups are not very comfortable, so I just bought a pair of memory foam ones to replace them.

Corsair Void Wireless. Works like a champ compared to the G930 I had over like 5 years.

I'm using an Astro A50. It's been the best headset I've used and it's compatible with my xbox.

Now I know you're trolling me.  I had the g930's and it gave me problems from day one.  The laundry list is to long to mention, even RMA'ing them was a nightmare since the serial number is near invisible and stamped on making it fade.  F Logitech.

I'm using an Astro A40.  Have had it for many years now and it's in the same condition and puts out the same great sound as the day I got it.  It's pricey but I don't know if I would buy anything else.  I have the older model compared to the nicer one they have out so interested in trying it when the speakers in this one finally die of old age.

Ah that makes sense. Yes the g930's were so bad man. I don't see how Logitech still sells those.

Logitech G633. Got it on a sale for 100$ off Newegg. Really isn't worth it over cheaper models, but for a -1/3 discount, I couldn't complain. Most of the extra money went to fancy lights, which I honestly don't care about. I also recommend skipping out on wireless, because it's a bunch of wasted money for extra range you don't need, on top of the batteries. Just plug the thing in.

I can't comment much about lifespan though as I've only had it a few months. Is working just as well as when I got it.

I have Razer Krakens, love em to death. Really good quality - admittedly they did die just after the 2-year warranty had expired, but I spoke to Razer and they sent me out replacement ones anyway, which was very generous of them.
