9pm est, we're all welfare hobos, millionaires or students. We scandis are all used to not seeing the sun for half a year anyway so playing at night makes no difference for us.

I start raiding usually at 12am/1am as a britbonger, works fine for me. Raids don't need to go on all night when you're all efficient n chit so I still get to bed by a decent time.

Anybody with a couple of seconds of rational thought and basic understanding of software development would realize that the reason that Nost couldn't keep to the timeline that they promised was because there was far far more population than expected. Because of that they spent much more time getting the servers stable and able to handle the numbers - which shockingly they did a good job with. But Grizzly would rather throw a hissy fit that they had to farm MC for a few more weeks than expected. If they have a problem with that then they are gonna have a problem getting to and beating Naxx. Vanilla is not a sprint, it is a marathon, especially when it comes to raid content.

Except that's not even close to the reason why we left. I wrote a topic on it back on the Nost forums. Take 5 minutes and read instead of just flat out lying. You're just as bad as the people who label us as cheaters.

And by the way, we were ASKED to provide reasons to Nostalrius as to why we were leaving by Daemon/Viper and co. So before you go and probably accuse us of being "drama queens" (because that's what people like you do), take that in to account. While they asked us to send it directly to them, other top guilds on the server asked us to make it public in hopes that Nostalrius would come around on some of their issues.

It's pretty obvious really, we recruited and prepared for something we didn't get. A lot of our players were flat out not interested in what Nostalrius had to offer. Not everyone who orders pasta and gets pizza thinks it is acceptable. They had signed up for something else, it wasn't in their interest to continue. This time we know perfectly well what we're getting, and we can prepare and recruit for it.

The big question is will grizzly live past 2 months or will they dismantle themselves again for a.. 4 or 40ths time? 

Here is a detailed list of servers <GRIZZLY> has played on and the reasons the left:

 

I. Rebirth - Lack of Population - Moved on to Scriptcraft 1

While not sporting the <GRIZZLY> tag because that became a thing on the next sever on the list. They left due to a lack of population and often times 10-15 people in the raid were multiboxing during MC to fill the raid up - We'll call that reason a lack of population.

 

II. Scriptcraft 1 - Server Shut down - Gummy being a cuck

<GRIZZLY> came about right around the time BWL came out so we obviously didn't win anything prior to BWL. However we did get server first C'thun. We had the infamous "Free Pablo" thing happen some people left because Pablo got banned but within 1 week Gummy shut the server down.

 

III. Shattered-WoW (TBC) - Cleared all content (Illidan) no work was being done on Sunwell

Our first excursion into TBC. Very small server almost impossible to recruit on. We made it through all content available before calling it quits due to lack of development. Server was shut down shortly after and rebranded into something else.

 

IV. Q-Gaming (The Q is for Quality lol) - Mostly stock mangos server that was DDoS'd into submission till the owner took the server down.

A lot of misunderstanding here. There was <GRIZZLY> and there was another guild called <GRLZZLY> (lowercase L to make it look like an I) made up of people from Scriptcraft 1 that was running around duping/hacking -- which is where a lot of people get the idea where all hackers.

 

V. Scriptcraft 2 - Server shut down and player database sent to Valkyrie - Gummy being a cuck again

Again server first MC/BWL. AQ40 was on the way before Gummy packed his bags and sent it to Russia

 

VI. Emerald Dream - (QUIT)

We quit Emerald Dream due to boredom.

 

VII. Nostalrius - (QUIT)

We quit Nostalrius for the reasons posted in Ak's thread on the Nost forums.

 

 

So on the servers that were taken seriously and had people show up with the <GRIZZLY> tag we've quit 2, played on 4 till they shut down, left one server for another server. I'd say that stories of us were greatly exaggerated.

 

To be fair, we did quit the last two servers we played on. However I can tell you the officers that were making the decisions to quit and pull the plug are no longer in charge, nor are they playing WoW to the best of my knowledge.

heard u guys hacked on nost and thats why u got server first ragnaros because u used cheats not sure if its true tho can u confirm or deny on record??

 

how else could you kill the final boss in molten core after 2 weeks..... you'd have to be very elite........
