seriously 0 Report post Posted December 12, 2016 I also got this same problem (token already consumed) I know I have not merged this account yet, it was my second account with my alt and third account I tried to retrieve on Elysium account. Undertanker 88 Report post Posted December 13, 2016 (edited) I've generated multiple tokens with the same issue. I did another one from my work computer which I am at now, same issue. I am going to create another new account with a different new email address and see if this takes care of it. Edit: Nope same issue. I can tell you using all things google was the only thing that worked for me. Thanks for your compassion, I'm freaking out a bit. I've never used the same PW across different servers. Ellipsea 36 Report post Posted December 13, 2016 you know, the problems were different, but I needed to be in incognito on google with all extensions turned off to make other steps work for me. Undertanker 88 Report post Posted December 13, 2016 (edited) Nope, that was the message I got the first time I tried. Control panel says no characters. Got my warlock I started on Elysium when I had suspicions of this transfer going down no problem on a different account. That was easy, but ofc that is the toon that holds no value. Like I mentioned before, the PW used here has never been used on another server so don't think any "sold" account info from previous shutdown sites could have taken it. What is needed is knowng if there is anything else that generates this message other than the account already being transferred. If we had an armory to look at, we could see if yer already there. He got the "same IP" thing and tried over and over about 5 times with no luck. Then he went on Mobile and he got the message that the token was consumed. Walgrave 10 Report post Posted December 13, 2016 If somebody knew your account u/p, they could have easily taken the account. Since the token Nost generates with u/p is not sent to the email address, but shown on the website. Any new Elysium account can claim it. In hindsight, all Nost accs with a registered email should have had their tokens sent to their emails, regardless of using u/p or u/email. If you shared your information after the shutdown with untrustworthy folks, you know who took it. I don't know if the Elysium Team will have the resources to review each case. I have made a post on "contact the administration" but haven't gotten any reply from them yet. I am freaking out, because i really think someone else stole it...
