well, guess what xD the addon will not work with 3 unitframes xD

i will make an option to choose from different unitframes + detection in the next update, so such bugs cant happen anymore

Rename the file from DebuffTimers-master to DebuffTimers and place in your interface/addons directory :)

It worked!

I guess maybe that dash was throwing it off?

Thank you.

Is there anyway to make this addon work with nameplates? Would be neat to also be able to have timers / debuffs on nameplates .

Will that work with this addon? "Shaguplates" http://shagu.org/shagucollection/ , or is it only for Customplates?

Also, can you still see the timers ( attached to that nameplate) if you select a new target?

The only issue with that is addons lack alot of customization ( I understand why and don't fault creators for it ). For instance in luna I can't seperate my buffs / debuffs. I can't track only my debuffs or resize only debuffs I cast ect. So when I edit the ones I really like to fit my ui / addons I don' t have to bother you guys with "HAI CAN U ADD FEATURE FOR JUST ME K?"

Even as is , the addons you guys make are great.

Im making it for myself. so...

in vanilla to many limitations. so only debuffs from your target are shown, if you change target - you ll see debuffs of that target.

CustomNameplates is good addon, just need some polish =)

Any solution to multiple debuffs on a target? As in, I apply SW:P on a mob, then another priest applies SW:P and the timer resets and moves to the freshest SW:P. Any solution? Thanks!

You will never ever track your own buffs in vanilla. The UI doesnt tell you which of those 5 shadowword: pain on the mob is yours. Therefore "yours" can't be bigger. God damit it triggers me so much when people see all the features that get made using clever coding but then get pissy when not every retail feature gets implemented.

I don't think anyone was getting pissy :3 I'm very happy I have Luna and DebuffTimers, but everyone knows addons can always be made better.

These clever coding features are what makes me respect what people do. I love the trouble shooting end of problem solving. When I see great addons like that being made It inspires me to find solutions to addons I also would like to work on.

On a side note, here are two of my ideas Renew. I'm not sure how well it would work or if it would start getting messy with dots falling off the target. Maybe when the dot with the timer is removed the personal timer could also be removed?

Sounds like a good start, but what if the target resists? Or turns out to be out of range? Any solution for that? Keep up the good work y'all!

sorry, but i will not do this :) DebuffTimers will not have "own" elements but it will stay a simple extension to existing unitframes. My target is, that you will never have to open the options and it will work for everyone.

There are addons out that pretty much do the same as you want, like DoTimer
