zero official info on forums = MUCH DISSAPOINT

what else can i say. ive been offline since 8am, so ive been stuck in authentication loop for more than 3 HOURS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

without any official info about this issue its really really LAME.

this was your launch day and if you dont want to communicate with us whats happening then really i dont see a nice future.

btw i dont use twitter just as i dont play retail wow.

ive registered and cinfirmed my accoutn for your main page and your forums and i expect the most info HERE.

20K people in queue I see a very nice future and the only reason you are mad is because you really, really want to play. So yea you will be part of the ''future'' that is for sure

They have twitter feed on their mainpage and you don't need a twitter acount for it. The last update is 7h, ago, the staff likely got some much needed rest. They show dedication and passion to the project, please show some respect and patience. Lots of people want to play. Being negative doesn't help anyone (including yourself).

Are you really that stupid you can't figure it out?

Do you need to be spoonfed all the time because you won't work things out yourself.

What on earth do you expect them to update you with?

FFS the server has hit the server cap and there is still a queue and you want an official update!!!

Basically blah blah blah wahh wahh wahh.... throw a fit on a FREE game with a volunteer staff.... really? I understand being frustrated but shit happens, learn to cope with it. Not all of us had a bad day outside of the 20k queue line.

dude learn to read. i dont want them to do anything except to WRITE A POST STATING "SERVER HAS LOGIN ISSUES" or WHATEVER ELSE

because without ZERO OFFICIAL INFO, i dont know is the problem on my side or on their side.

So the answer I am seeing here is...

 

we have a webpage and a forums to keep people up to date...

 

but instead we put all the information on the social media platform best known for being used to tell the world were are eating a tuna sandwich for lunch...

 

 

 

Is this some kind of special EU level stupid?

Not sure if you noticed or not, but, the twitter feed is displayed on the main page. You don't have to have a twitter account to keep up with it, and it's certainly easier for them to quickly post an update to twitter than to make a new post on the main page.

News updates are on their Twitter feed, which is shown on the main page. Probably not everyone's favorite source to find information, but it is clearly there on the bottom right part of the Elysium home page. More detailed update posts on the forums or news section on the front page would be nice, but honestly, it's probably much more time efficient to make a quick post on twitter to assure people  that they're working on the problem, then get promptly back to working on the problem.

Both were extremely unstable the last few days.

Twitter doesn't have such problems.
