The difference is that there is 8,5k ppl online, way below the population threshold.

Makes me sad thinking we have such a high percentage of cheaters in this server.

Honestly 8.5k-9.5k IS the threshold, that's the point right before the delay / lag comes to the server. Server should be capped at like 9k pop simply for better performance for those 9k people, as opposed to just letting an extra 2k into the server.

When the second fresh is released, this won't be a problem anymore. Hopefully they'll both be capped at like 8-9k and everything will be sooooo silkyyyyy smooooooooth.

Yeah kinda sad morning here. Been loggin in around 7-7:30am every morning since release. Every day the morning queue has been getting worse and worse, 3k, 5k, 8k...

So far were definately not seeing nearly as high of a drop off rate of players on the new server than i think people expected.

Funny. There were almost 12k people two days ago and my latency was not above 35ms, even in Orgrimmar and overcrowded area.

The problem is AFK players who use /auto run just so they don't have to go through the queue again. Understandable ? If you have to go - even for a single hour - just disconnect, and don't be a selfish idiot. Then the queue will go a whole lot smoother, trust me.

Oh, and ban on sight.

They need to incrase pop cap to 15k (bcs always will have 1-2k afk) and ms on me is very good on 12k

Also problem with afkers on char select screen is big problem

Guys just cause your MS is good with 12k online doesnt mean its running smoothly. Theres a very noticeable delay whenever it goes above 10kish despite being at 50ms

As I said, I faced no issue about distance view or delays. The only "problem" being overcrowded areas.

And okay, let's cap the population to 9k people, but to people who are actually playing, not retards who keep AFKing in inns because "durr i dut wantto make queue again" which means a dynamic queue.

Yeah seems like the character selection has a HUGE timeout timer. I guess people are taking advantage of it while they are at work, so they can jump straight back in once they get home. Needs to be changed a bit.

Me too, I have had very stable ping while the server was full. I anyone is experiencing lag, it probaply on their end. 

I always log out when I am done, it just common decency to let somebody else play, we are in this together.

Was at 8k when I woke up, sat until I got to 3k, then I got kicked out of the queue somehow and now I'm at 10000. RIP. People need to log off when they are done, would really alleviate the problem. Or restart the server and boot them all.

Hardly we see queue at Nost PVP.

Ping and spell delay do not coincide. I suppose the fact people play in different parts of the world and latency is different everywhere has no bearing either? No it's all on our end.... 

The server needs a cap. Nost suffers with draw distances and over farming of every spot/node and the same will happen with Elysium. Without even talking about Queue or latency issues here, having over 8k pop puts a strain on server, farming, economy and even that "blizzlike" experience among a variety of bugs and other issues.

Of course i want a large vibrant community, but these Vanilla worlds were not meant to ever carry this amount of people, raising it slightly is fine but once you go over 8 or 9k this is just overkill.

So yeah, 2nd fresh server would be nice, at least some info, weather or not it would happen and how long.
