Ntbud 14 Report post Posted January 18, 2017 I've read its flat 20% and that you don't want slow speed 2H because unlike Warrior you don't have instant melee attacks (Mortal Strike) that make a difference. Since WF is a proc, it doesn't give a shit about the speed of your weapon. However... I've also heard the exact opposite hahaha. Of course every weapon does benefit form the windfury proc but regarding pvp for example you want a slow 2hd weapon because it has higher max dmg. Your burst damage is much higher then. In every case windfury is not a reliable source of damage compared to flametongue but it can kill clothies instantly. seeth07 1 Report post Posted January 18, 2017 For windfury, look for a 2h weapon in the middle speed range. 3.8 speed provides higher overall damage but since you will be swinging less, you will get less wf procs.
