gotmilk0112 10 Report post Posted January 23, 2017 ^Topic. What is the proper channel for reporting bots? GM Ticket, or one of the subforums here? The "contact administration" subforum isn't here anymore.

iwcham1979 4 Report post Posted January 23, 2017 And how do you spot a bot?
riplip 2 Report post Posted January 24, 2017 (edited) In battlegrounds they are relatively easy to spot. First step- They afk in FR then die and get sent to the graveyard. Even though they are AFK, they will still autoattack anything that comes in their range. on the open world, they will follow a set path and aggro mobs as you would expect an escort quest npc or a pet set on "aggressive" to act. A lot of them are much more harder to track though. There is a very subtle line between a braindead farmer and a bot so usually you will ahve to interact with them and see how it goes. gotmilk0112 10 Report post Posted January 24, 2017 Yep, the bot that I caught, I found him constantly spamming W key up against a hill (not autorunning, but his character stuttering and twitching as if he were rapidly pressing the W key over and over), and he wouldn't respond to anything. If I pulled a mob over near him, his pet would attack it (set to aggressive) and then he would move over and start attacking the mob. As soon as it died though, he would stop and go right back to spamming W up against that little hill. I'd tell him to invest in a less retarded botting program, but it's a bit late now since he's banned. :p
EffToyz 12 Report post Posted January 24, 2017 except tickets are waiting for GMs for a lot of hours, I'd rather post somewhere on forum than bug myself with that ticket tooltip which you can't remove or hide.
