I don't really get this. How do i donate to a specific server? Because in the control panel it sais: "If you wish to donate a smaller amount, you can contribute to the Web Server hosting which does not offer to pay directly." so i can't contribute a smaller amount to the gamehosting? How will I then know that my payment goes to the server i want? Or do i only need to tell Mesh or Shenna on Discord/Forum?
A bit confusing thanks for any help.

Something I'd like to know: this kind of call to donations should gather more than enough money to pay for the servers. If the team starts amassing money, will it attract Blizzard's attention (and lawyers)? I'm worried about that.

I play on Zet and ofc its cool that is not so over pop - but it seems to make no diffrent in costs if 10k or 3k play on it. We start playing here and expect 10k+ ppl on realm so it cant be a argument now to say, we dont like it over pop.

Further if server get merged, gm staff are merged, too = more gm per server = better support.

I was rly glad to lvl on Zet but it would be stupid to keep both on long turn. Dont think about what is the best for you; think about what is the best for the project - which was planned with 1 new realm.

New poster here - I tried several times to donate a modest sum of 10 EUR to AHHA via Paypal, but it keeps throwing back an error of some sort. I type in 10 EUR, I see faded page for payment details loading in the background when suddenly, it redirects to a page ending with buy?failedBecause=service_error and requires me to input an e-mail I'd like to send the money to.

Would anyone be able to clarify what is happening? Have donations been closed, or is it an error on my part?

Previously any excess money from donating to the web server was then converted to the hosting of the other servers.

I don't know if thats is the problem, but there was a Checkbox which asked if the payment was for buying because of extended customer protection, or something. I unmarked that and proceeded, because I didn't want to buy, but donate.

Is it so hard for 3k people to cough up 300 Euro's?

10 cents a person. I mean common, you rather sit in queue for an hour than pay 10 cents a month.

But if I pay all the 4 servers for 3 years and then after 1 year they'll get shutdown because of .. something can I get my money back?

I donated  - playing on Zeth, and hoping the money can go to that server :) I intend to keep donating, might aswell give you the same money i would have given to blizz if i still liked their version of wow :) (i gave about 20 dollars).
