I have posted on multiple forums as well as reddit. I also kniw between my RL Friends and myself we have given over $100. If everyone that posted on this thread and reddit that said they gave to ZK we should be over the $310. I think an update or counter would be great. The community is trying to help. It we are blind . Please....

Yuma is right, i also said if everyone would just give 1 Euro or 1 Dollar thats ok, Elysium should maybe add some advertisment so we can watch them so they can make some money for the server, i tried by myself to stream and make videos to raise some money for the servers but no one knows me and i rather give my money to elysium then blizzard...wish i could get my 50 Euros back from legion and donate it to elysium!

i didnt saw yet a progress or something like that to see if you guys have enough money, please let us know if you need something !!!!!!!

I was going to do a donation, but now my account is banned. No reason whatsoever what provided. I have a hard time donating money if I randomly get banned? I'm hoping this is just some sort of bug or confusion. But if I cannot even play the game anymore, what's the point? If you could resolve my appeal I'd love to offer up my financial/development/analytic support.  Thanks!

My advise: But what this wouldnt be an issue if you setup this message in the server-news, so all players can see it. Many of them thinking this is for free and will be there forever.

I am beginning to become concerned.  3 Days left on ZK and people are trying to give, people are trying to help, i know for a fact over $300 US dollars have been donated with a specific note to ZK, unless people legitimately went through the extra effort to photoshop screenshots etc.  I have witnessed first hand over $150 US dollars donated to Zeth Kur.  We have been asking for days for a counter, for an update for anything. I would gladly accept the response that they cannot do it right now or that they dont have the ability or something...but thsi is complete radio silence.  They ask us to post on the forums when we donate etc to let them know.  Apparently its easier to get noticed if you pay for 2 months straight out because that post was made hours after the donation.  Please respect us, we respect you Elysium, we are trying to help the best we can.

If the first month is covered, i suppose that the admins will pay for the second and third months. But at the end of the three months they'll probably close Zert (it's obvious that there aren't many people interested to donate for Zert, and admins can't pay for everything of course) and transfer all characters on Elysium. My guess is that they're probably waiting until the last day to check if the community is really willing to help instead of spamming requests for donations.

Don't want to be d.ck but when I donate to specific server I wish that money stays there, if it goes down - hard life, not enough people cared to share the costs, time to go elsewhere.

How did we only pay for one month when I was told we would have to pay for it 3 months at a time and that was the providers doing saying we could not pay for only one month ? So its possible for us to make a 1 month donation ? to pay pal and for the admin to make a  1 month payment ? is it possible for us to get a donation bar I mean streamers have a donation bar I even have one for my stream it does not take much to do and we can donate to it and would no how much we need to put up for the server to stay up. I do thank you guys for everything you do for us I just want some clarity on this.

I don't know which announcement you've been reading...

"1) The hosting company we are using allows for anyone to directly pay for server hosting. This way, you are able to renew the servers. However, if you use this option, you must pay for the entire month, and not just a portion of it."

Here it states that if you pay the hosting company directly, it can only be done in entire months. 1 month, 2 months or 3 months.

"Servers should not be paid up for more than 3 months in advance, in case we need to make any changes to the realms with short notice."

Here they state that Elysium doesn't want to have the servers paid for for more than 3 months at a time, in case something happens and they need to switch server or whatever, it'd be wasted money basically.

If you pay them through paypal, you can donate anything you want, and once they reach the required amount of money they are able to pay the hosting company for 1 month.

Ok, we have one more month on Zeth'Kur. I don't really think that Zeth players will donate enough money for more months, so after 10 March our characters will probably get transferred on Elysium. We need to use our last 30 days (or something) wisely before the end, so time to get more levels and materials.

It's actually kinda a request of some sort of monthly fee, which probably will get Blizzards attention.

The community definitely needs some way to track donations, even if it is just in a forum topic. I'd imagine putting it on the homepage, or even on the server status page, would be too public (ie. Blizzard's eyes). I know it is more work for the devs, whom already do so much, but I would love to know how close each server is to being paid up. It also seems that people are having a lot of confusion in regards to how donations work.

You don't need a PayPal account to use it. Make a one-time payment as a guest.
