How active is Horde side?

If I roll Horde as a Shaman/Healer will I spend a great deal of time looking for a tank for lower level dungeons? Long being greater than 25mins

Yes, tanks are the least populous role when levelling typically, but remember you don't need to level as resto and being resto at 60 guarantees a raid spot in almost any guild.

Yep, tanks take forever to find. In general, you're going to have a hard time finding a group for anything outside of BRD or strat UD or DM N.

I like how the proposed solution to a faction imbalance is to not roll of said faction like that won't just exacerbate the situation further. If you want to be in the top guilds on Darrowshire then Horde is where it's at. Horde has the better guilds for both PVE and PVP. But don't take my word for it:

The alliance has double the population, so with that being taken into consideration you can see there are more guilds in general on alliance side, but the Horde still get all the server firsts for PVE. And the Horde PVP premades still dominate the Alliance ones.

the only reason the horde guilds are at #1 and #2 cause alliance failed hardcore with azu and just now starting to contest it

Realmplayers as source for what the best PvE guild is...

Actually, the 2 top horde guilds are a perfect example of how Realmplayers works.

Chocolate milk cleared BWL server 4th, Limited Edition 6th.

But Limited Edition is still listed as the best guild on the server, simply cause they got more Honorable kills than Chocolate Milk

 

The 3 first guilds to clear BWL, is listed as Hope #7 Lothars #11 and Dominion #12 on realmplayers, due to not having a azuregos kill yet.

Even if hope managed to get a Azu kill, they would be listed as #5 simply due to less honorable kills than the other guilds.

That's how it works man..

If I was in a guild that couldn't kill Rag, but got server first Ony. Then another guild got both Rag AND Ony. They technically win the progression race.

Same thing happened here. Yes, you guys cleared BWL first (mainly because you have twice the population), but were lacking the world boss kills in order to secure top positions on the progression charts. I do realize Realmplayers did reset and runs off stupid rules (must see loot from the boss on a guild character every month to keep the progression of that boss as "killed"), yet horde is now steadily becoming the top contender for the top spots now that we are slowly settling in. We will see when ZG comes out which guild is able to down all the optionals first. Then progressing through AQ will set realmplayers up to see who really is top dogs. Good luck in the race my friend.
