Over thirty accounts have been banned for violating our PvP rules. Please remember that we do take such violations seriously. Win trading, and honour farming are not allowed and will lead to a permanent ban. I expect that number to grow as we dive deeper into the rabbit hole.

I would also like to thank the assistance of several community members who helped with the investigation. However, there is never any need for a witch hunt. If you have concerns, please bring them to the GMs via in-game ticket or send me a PM via the forum but do remember that suspicion is not enough to ban someone. Investigation takes time.

im Helloppipo,im the lead of the team.and im aslo bracket leader on horde side .i can explain what happend about that game.

when premade vs premade,i mean real rankers game,they dont want to waste time,they know they cant beat us,we won them whole week,when they lose bs fight.they just give up and dogged,its happend always,it happend every premade,like wsg we fight for 1st flag,then they give up who lose 1st flag.

its not wintrade.

every EU and NA rankers can prove this,my grp isnt too strong,but not too bad,i can beat all premades except exrankers premade .

i always build internatinal premade.and help them farm honor when their mate havnet log on yet.

if u dont  care about what im saying ,plz make Kanrabat unban,he isnt chinese,he is my friend that from Canada.

i want to have a deep talk with u soon.

Why would a group of rank 13s agree to use their own characters to let horde farm honor... Makes no sense.

Dear Pottu.

For a few weeks i have been ranking on hordeside along a few of the players who have reccently been banned for "wintrading".
Over these weeks we formed a friendship, and played many hours together premading, and cooperating across regions and we had a blast.
And im absolutely shocked over these allegations - And have never seen any of these guys exploit the system.

Speaking with the regulars in our group, we are all shocked about the recent bans of some chinese pvpers on hordeside, seing as we have never seen them invovled in these kind of actions.

There is a screenshot that has been circulating the pvp-scene for a few days, where two premades play each other, and one of the teams ends up getting beat hard - and giving up. Speaking from experience i can say that it happends VERY OFTEN that the alliance rankers decide to give up after a certain amount of time, or DONT PLAY AT ALL. A prima example on how they where trying to gain honor was last AB weekend (When a bunch of rankers ended up getting suspendend for dodging).

   We fight with Horde premade every game, we fight with that premade more than three hours in 4 games durimg all the morning. You can check the data. Our premade also have NA players, Tsirup, Letholdus . They can prove we are not win trading. Sometimes we win and sometimes we lose.  Sorry i m not a good english speaker, if there was a chinese GM , we can have a deep talk. And my teamate feelthefaint is a good english speaker, He will online soon, and he will have a conversation with you.

 Dear Pottu, I am Texan a North American player that needed to cap honor for Bracket 2. and I played with Hellopippo in a premade over 8 hours last night. And he has played in our English premade many times.

 All of our games where 100% legit. 

Im sure most alliance rankers can agree that we have nothing of the sort going on. We do not play to give up, however that alliance chinese premade will often give up against us just because we waste their time, and they can not 5 cap us. It really slows down their honor per hour.

Alliance have instant queue pops for BGs while horde wait over 10 minutes most of the time. 

We can not afford to lose.

Hello Pottu, I was one of the members of the Alliance premade in that screenshot that has been going around recently: 

Me and Letholdus were the 2 Americans in the alliance premade who were nice enough to be given an invite. We had already faced this particular horde premade a couple times in the day, and this horde grp was the only grp we could not beat at blacksmith with our very skilled paladin lineup *wink*. Because this was our 3th or 4th time against this premade, and we had already been forced to 2 or 3 cap a game against them already if i do recall, we ran all 15 people to BS to try to see if we could wipe them and failed, so instead of wasting everyones time, we were told to give up, and underneath the scoreboard theres myself RP walking with my Sulfuras out. This is pretty normal for premades to do I was told, tho I dont have much experience in them. I think it can hardly be called win-trading if we can't even take an easy game off the other premade we are supposedly win-trading with lol. Not to mention, I highly doubt a bunch of rank 13s are going to put their ranks on the line after PvPing legitimately for weeks. Both myself and Letholdus were legitimately surprised that players in either premade were banned after we duked it out for several games; often we have slight suspicions of malicious activity but that is just silly drama-seeking at best as the legitimacy of our premade was proven to us as we continued to play. I think that if the Chinese premades truly wanted to wintrade, they would not compromise themselves by inviting two North American players, its that simple. If you have questions for me that I can answer to help clear anybody pm Tsirup on discord or ingame.

Hi Pottu , sorry for not really understanding you wanna talk about wintrading when you asking me to explain you that screenshot.. i'm in a pve guild and i pvp sometimes between farm and raid so i meet Hellopippo and mates who invite me sometimes for some goods games, i mean rarelly won this fast and just play a good battleground game. So i confirm what's Tsirup said they lost BS fight all 2 team was here, i'm the only one who died BS. According to my 170k honor max i'm kinda sad to be ban for joined a premade to got some fun pvping... hope you will consider my post.

i just want say when the Rankers Vs Rankers in BG. Time is same important as win

When you guys fight the same Premade 5-6times and have no chance to crash them. Every premade will save their time . It dosent mean that we got Hords or Alliance'money so we give up this game.

All the rankers are thinking like this for 10years .

Apparently, I've been swept up in this.

I was invited into this PvP group as I'm in the pvp discord.  We fought them at BS, then they completely gave up.  I'm a rank 7 player, I just PvP for the fun of it.  I don't win trade or honor cap.  I'm not honor grinding to any high rank.  Not only that, but I dropped out of the group shortly after because I was bored.  

What can I do to appeal or prove myself to be clear?

Edit:  Put in an appeal.  Anything you could do to investigate and clear my account would be greatly appreciated.

And i remember that Alliance premade create empty games got banned for 1week.

create empty games is that give the win to Hords because in that BG. a few Alliance players CAN NOT win .Because they will face the Hords premade. i think this is win-trading.

Not much of a pvp'er here but i am trying to get some shadow gear on my priest so joined a lot of premades last weeks, I am not banned just to clarify.

Can confirm what the rest said i haven't seen a single game being handed out without a fight from both factions. If one side dominates the BG the other does tend to ease on the pressure in order to make things go faster since the point of premading is to maximize honor per hour.

in AB for example premade vs premade if one side gets recked on BS fight and chooses to keep fightning vs a team they know they cant win they will drag out a 3-2 base game for 20+ mins. Thats suicide when they try to rank since they can get that honor/hour with pugs. On WSG if they get recked in middle there is no point to turtle just costs them honor.

Also many of the guys in the screenshot if not all also solo queue a lot or on small groups and suffer the "joys" of pugs (afk'ers, weak players etc) also which imo isnt something a wintrader would do. Those guys actually play on BGs and i would suggest you review their BG logs.

Its way worse if you check the attitude of players in pugs vs premades compared to that screenshot with 7-8 people not even leaving their bases. Its only human to want things to be over fast if you don't stand a chance. I would suggest to review those bans (check their logs etc i am pretty sure you wont be able to reproduce the above screenshot for example log wise usually both teams put up a good fight) many of the people on that screenshot are legit and good players.

Then why do you give in to the hive mind of salty alliance's reporting and ban people based off what? tsasa's screen shot have been all over the alliance premade discord for a while and they have all talked about reporting it, witch is fine anything suspicious should be reported but if gm's are giving in to mass reporting this community will rot extremely fast.. same happened with the dc bug some people obviously abused it and never got touched while some people received a suspension for abusing it.

We cant have gm's with the mentality "if a lot of people says the same thing it must be true" -the gm's are supposed to be the ones sorting out the witch hunts not a part of them.
