Multiboxer - Bannable offense?

Ran into a horde guy that was clearly dual boxing. Had a high lvl rogue stealthed nearby, and if anyone came close or attacked him he would tab out (Mage would stop moving) and the rogue would attack. One would only move at the same time, never both. Pretty clear case of someone tab multiboxing. Happened on the Elysium server at 10:33.

Multiboxing is against Terms of Use:

Multiboxing is not allowed and refers to playing multiple characters simultaneously. Whether this is done via 3rd party software, alt-tabbing between instances, or by running multiple machines, does not matter.
