account got hacked, wanna restore some quest items.

My friend's account just got hacked and some of his quest rewards are sold by the hacker as well. Can you get them recovered?

Quest rewards that he lost: 1.eye of the beast 2.Carrot on a Stick 3.Blood of the Martyr 4.Penelope's Rose

Character name: alchemistlol

Server: elysium PVP

You just got yourself hacked. Grats.

Change password and enable 2FA to avoid getting hacked again. Instructions are in my profile's about me section.

None of your gear (except items such as Rok Delar or Benediction) and none of your gold will be restored.

The account owner is responsible for the security of the account and that it's sufficiently protected. Note that Elysium staff does not recover hacked accounts.

Elysium staff will not recover any lost or deleted characters, regardless of circumstances.

Game items such as experience, gold or equipment that you have lost through accident, very rare failure of the server, or otherwise, cannot be restored

I'm interested in how you may have been hacked. General questions here:

 

1. Have you used the same password or username on any other private server before? Which one(s)?

2. Was it a simple password or did it Adhere to strong password principles? (At-least: one capital letter, one numeric, one special character? 8+ characters in length?)

3. Did you download any add-ons from this forum or from another site?

Feel free not to answer any of the above, but I'm interested in what may be going on with all the hacked accounts as oppose to simply dismissing it as having used the same password/username as some other server.
