Executioner's Cleaver VS Sul'thraze the Lasher

So I'm a 44 war and was running ZF for the first time when both

Is the sword they combine into

better than what I already have?

Or should I just keep protector for tanking?

What an awesome problem to have :P

I would combine them and go 2H fury where weapon speed doesn't matter as much. An issue that doesn't get much attention imo is that a faster weapon is inherently better for leveling because you do less over-damage.

Normaly when it comes to 2handers I would say pick the slower one with the better stats, HOWEVER considering the huge difference in DPS (11dps) I'd definitely go with the epic sword. And just as you said yourself, with 2h fury weapon speed doesnt matter as much.

well he did mention he is arms specc'ed btw not fury. That being said I would go with the epic sword because of the huge dps difference anyway. Enddmg only changes a little bit (163 Damage on the Sul'thraze the Lasher vs 191 Damage on the Executioner's Cleaver)

i would swap to the sword in pve and swap out for pvp

Cleaver is good for arms, Lasher is good for Fury.
