He's thinking of imp. mend pet talent. Which no intelligent player will ever use in pvp because its a waste of mana vs cheap polymorph cost.

Bestial Wrath will also break through poly on use on your pet however, I think. It did on Nost.

You use rank 1 mend pet which costs 50 mana, and every r14 hunter uses that.

Yeah, I thought that sounded retarded too. Forget the fact that if you respawn your pet, or run it off into the distance and you the other direction to dismiss it will remove any/all debuffs.

It's quite nice because you use frost trap in BGs. The slow effect lasts 30% longer. This is a better use of your points than 5 for entrapment.
