You wanted to gamble, so you gamble but unknown to you was the type of game you were actually playing, you thought you were just playing a dice roll game when In actuality the game you were playing was the "is this guy legit with his game" gamble...and you lost.

 it's like playing a shell game when you lose, you always wonder, was there something under the shell in the 1st place to be found? or did I just get scammed out of my money?
