Low level world PvP twinking is real and it's alive. Try Stranglethorn Vale. I know some players who have been between level 30-40 for months just to fight there. It's fun and challenging. Fights are imbalanced, you often have to improvise a strategy against big enemy groups.

If /xpoff was a function, I'd make a level 39 Night Elf Hunter twink.  Less so for WSG/AB, but so I could roam around STV (and similar zones) ganking and gathering, without the worry of leveling-up eventually.  I also like to do as much questing/instancing as I can at a certain level (in this case, 39), because I find that to be a fun challenge.

I do sort of the same now, but with a 39 DIscipline Priest.

Xpoff was introduced in Wotlk. Seeing you're so fanatic about the whole xpoff thing, the patch we're currently playing at MOST is 1.12.1 this feature was introduced in 3.2.0 YEARS after. Wich means this has nothing to do with vanilla. Staff already confirmed multiple times this aint going to be a feature so stop dabbling on about it and lets focus on things who might actually be meaningful.

 

In case you wondered, you dont need to be xp locked to engage in world pvp. Unless you're plain retarded and start killing mobs.

Announcements has never been introduced in WoW but you`re still need it.

It's a private server wich hosts a small community (compared to blizzard) who runs patch 1.12.1 NOT 3.2.0. (in case you might be confused) This small community could benefit from BG announcements wich could help organize and inform that community. (hope that makes sence)

 

Also try study some English. I know Russia is a big empty box but outside your borders nobody speaks the language and google translate isnt always your comrade.

Thanks for vanillasplaining when Besten and Slahtz were added to the game.  I certainly didnt notice that they didnt exist in vanilla when I was raiding Naxxramas 40 (and I'll wager you weren't).

You want something "non-blizzlike" added to the game -- a BG Announcer -- yet you take nerdrage exception to other "non-blizzlike" additions.  How neckbeardedly inconsistent of you.
