Streva - Player Griefing

Hello. I would like to report player Streva for constantly spaming world, acusing me being ninjalooter and scammer as a griefing, making me harder to boost people in Maraudon.

There are some more people doing same because of old fake topic made by guildies of <Ludicrous Speed> after I carried their dungeon run, while they was consantly insulting me for no reason of being ,,58 lvl noob,, while in fact they was the ones wiping everything in methods unknown to me until I grouped with them, and tank was the one who was insulting me mostly. Insults started in key area when I told them to all follow me with my hunterspeed aspect via mid area to skip most of mobs. Nah, I am just low 58, what shittalk I say, we must farm all mobs. At last we did it my way, successfuly, with only tank dead, who was ressed. But still, they were insulting me all over. I told myself: just jealous slackers again, just git this shit done asap. For last 2 days during my level 58 exping I was acused of being just 58, many players left right after I invited them just cuz I was 58, while I had already 70% BiS collected and playing for 12 year, which made me just even more frustrated. Even used engineering blast to open doors for them, yet they was still insulting me. I did not wanted to leave because all that time spent with them would be for nothing. Did pet pull on captain for them on first attempt, all went fine until we got to last boss. There we wiped just because Ludicroous healer was healing tank right after he agroed, so he overagroed both bosses and we wiped. If it happend just once, sure, but same mistake after we runed all the dungeon there again, by healing tank when he was at full HP still? After all that lost time, insults (while I can for sure say I did not insulted any of them for whole run), tank should get OS dmg ring instead of me after all my hard work there and their insults on my person while I did my best? Hell no. It was not because I dont know which items are for me, it was not  because I dont respect rolls, it was because I wanted to punish ungrateful, insulting and wiping tank. It all happend once and long ago, never did something similar before and player like me would never ninja loot items from groups just because he dont care. Many solid or solidish players that had chance to group with me know that I am well familiar with the game, which I can proove very quickly.

First of all. Posting in-game community warning in chat about ninjas etc is not against TOS. But open a in-game ticket if you are getting harassed, a GM always have the final say. Click the "?" question mark, then report stuck, write your comment and add screenshot links so that a GM can look at it.

 

If I understand correct, you did a DM:N run (try and use that enter-key now and then dude). Tarnished Elven Ring dropped, you and TANK rolled, TANK won the roll, you ignored the roll and took the ring anyway.

You write a lot of crap about feelings, I don't care. Stop talking about who said what and who insulted who. No one cares about your feelings about rude people.
I do however care about this:

Why would a tank roll on that ring when a hunter need it? Unless the group had an agreement that players could roll for offspec over mainspec. I have not seen any evidence/screenshot or even claim that show that this group had any items reserved or that OS could roll on gear over MS. And the default need/greed system is always MS > OS. If a tank need dps gear, they can only take it if no MS need it and vice versa.

They also accuse you of ninja Counterattack Lodestone, but I can't see any evidence of this anywhere.

If they want to accuse you of being a ninja and make 2 forum posts + reddit post and in-game spam they should have solid evidence for their claims.
 

These people then make ninja warnings on the forum (this is against forum rules) and in-game chat.

I have looked on all evidence and in my opinion, these people are harassing you (because there is no evidence to their ninja claims) and also breaking the forum rules when they:

I am very interested to hear @Hudson 's reply here as he have confirmed that you are a ninja. What evidence have he seen that we have not?

Being able to call out and warn the community about ninjas and similar is a good thing. But if you are allowed to make such claims without evidence then it's pretty f-ed up.

In your post, you say that you wanted to punish the tank so you ninjaed the ring. So you did ninja.  In the screen shot, he rolled and you rolled and immediately after you rolled lower, you took the ring without saying anything. You say you have a reason that you ninjaed from him but you have no proof other than your word. On the other hand, they have a screenshot.

Tank shouldn't be rolling on the ring anyway, unless he stated before the run started, that he was going to roll on dps gear and you guys all went anyway. If you ninjad other things, then you are in the wrong, regardless of how they treated you. IMO.

Whilst I feel bad for Shayathel, the argument that the Tarnished Elvish Ring is not suitable for a tank is quite stupid as it provides excellent stats for a tank ring for threat generation and mitigation too.  Therefore I don't really accept Vod and Wrathran saying that "tank shouldn't be rolling on it anyway", it definitely fits within the realms of a MS roll not an OS roll.   Believe it or not Band of Accuria is actually BiS for tanking TPS this patch !

Unfortunately, it makes it hard to believe what you're saying based on your side of the story alone because ultimately, their screenshot is pretty damning and you shouldn't have taken it.   Also, you can see on your realmplayers that you also own the Counterattack Loadstone that same day, which would also suggest you took it to further spite them.   If its any consolation these things usually blow over eventually, and clearly you care about your reputation so I am sure you will earn it back now by NOT 'ninjaing' loot in future.

I posted the link of shayathel's original ninja loot thread where he is declared a ninja looter by a gm in /world and was promptly berated by him for the next 10 mins.  Then the next Bg I did he was also in it and he proceeded to to tell the group how bad of a player I am and then hearthed out after 5 mins and 0 kills.  Cool guy.
