I dissconnect everytime i try to login

Hello, i need help, or my GF needs help, we downloaded this the right way, from pirat Bay, and the right link, i got it to start, changed the realmlist to "set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org" and removed the config file, but still when she trys to login it says "Connected.. Disconected from the server" Please help us! in need for a hero <3

It may have been during some server downtime. If you're still having a problem, please post a screenshot with your realmlist.wtf file open in Notepad.

Same problem, i'm stuck in "Connected" and then it disconnects. Apparently the only server that's not working is Elysium, I can log in and play in Darrowshire and Anathema perfectly fine

There are now two threads on the same forum about this same issue, which I am still having as well. I can't get into any of the servers. Connecting becomes Disconnected from Server and I never get to even look at a server list. I've been playing on Ana, can't touch it.

2 Hours Later:

Chatting with others that play the game I have been told that I might improve my position by making sure that I'm not trying to connect to Naxx PTR by default, which is down. I have no idea how to do this. I have poked around in the files of the game but I don't want to change anything I know nothing about. I have no usable options in the game client. 

5 More Hours Later:

Got some free time to play around some more with this. I have found that from my normal IP I can't even ping the log on server. If I start up my VPN however everything works as it should. Clearly my IP and the server aren't getting along. I checked around a bit to just be sure I hadn't landed a ban for some reason. I haven't done anything to earn one but stranger things have happened. From what I can tell the log on screen will tell you that you account has been closed if you are banned, and I'm still just getting disconnected as soon as I connect.

I'm little less lucky: only Anathema works for me. Darrowshire and Elysium get stuck on the "Connected" stage.

What info does help with solving this?

Same. On 'Realm Status' page Elysium is still Online but I can't log in. :/

Same here. It stucks in "connected" for around 30 seconds and then disconnected from server. Issue happens in Elysium and Darrowshire. Strangely Anathema seem to work fine :S

That's because Elysium and Darrowshire were down. The realm status page is often wrong.

Can anyone give advice as to why my IP would be the issue with me logging in? A little good advice can go a long way if I can get said advice. I'm assuming there are some IP rules I'm unaware of at this point. Little help?

Erm, that's because Elysium is down/has issues. Anyone will get the same response.

If you are absolutely sure that this isn't related to a server being down (you have logged into Discord to check) or your local configuration, post in this thread: https://forum.elysium-project.org/topic/47544-unable-to-connect-to-one-or-all-servers-read-here/?page=1

99% of the people posting in this thread and others like it are just seeing this message when a server is down temporarily. Discord is the best location to check short-term server status updates.

Sorry to have left this hanging for so long, and in case someone sees this in the future. 

I was able to confirm it was an IP issue several times over, but one day it just stopped giving me issue. I know that doesn't resolve much for anyone else having this problem in the future, but unless something was actively changed on the server it just kind of worked itself out somewhere.
