There are a few custom ones that you won't find but only simple stuff like changing class color and removing PvP icon. My UI has changed quiet alot since Nost is back. Here a sneak peek of what it looks like now... I hid most of my Flexbar buttons and added a few more. Changed to UFI instead of custom changes, replaced Recap and SW_Stats with DPSMate and some other stuff I don't remember right now. I am thinking about adding some kind of darkmode for the textures. Not sure yet. Since like 10 ppl already asked for an upload, I am trying to make one work in the future. And another one with bars open... The fonts will change the default ingame font. The stance button at the top will change to whatever stance your currently in, and it flashes a little bit when you have auto attack turned on. I also downloaded a bunch of reskinned icons, which are in my interface folder. It's designed for retail, so there are a lot of extra icons that you will see when you try to make a macro etc. I may go through all of them and remove all but the vanilla ones, we'll see. I'm not completely done with my UI yet, I may switch my chat over to Prat and play around with skinning some more stuff. But I'll distribute what I have now. At the moment I am running Gatherer, Questie, Recipe Radar, SellValue, vQueue, and my own scrapUI mod.
