This item only drops once.

 

It was the "gateway legendary". After a Binding shard has dropped for for someone, then Thunderfury becomes available to drop on the loot tables.

The OP wants it to drop again on the old nost server. That will never happen.

Yes this item is real, and yes it dropped in the game.   It was originally part of the Thunderfury creation process and another legendary item would need to be obtained.   Combined they would make Thunderfury.  Blizzard realized that come people may opt to not make Thunderfury and simply keep these instead so the scratched this idea and went to the Bindings x2 format.

 

The week of the change however they had forgotten to take this and the other legendary item out of the boss loot tables, and wasn't supposed to drop in the first place.   The allowed the drop to remain and did a quick server restart to take it out of the game forever there on out.
