So people is flipping tables left and effing right as there was no official announcement done for the "Fresh" server today but holy hell can we just back the f*** up and put some well deserved TRUST into the Elysium staff and their works?

They have had three stress test now in a hope that when things launch - s*** wont burn down to the ground like Retail WoW did once Warlords of Draenor went live.

We all know that there will be WAY more people on launch than on the stress tests and because of that: we know things will most likely catch fire the first day but don't anyone here dare to think that the Elysium staff won't work their a**es of to make it work.

These guys are working to give us a propper vanilla experience and are pouring every ounce of their passion and soul into this - and now you all make it sound like they have abandoned half of you because and official statement was not made about the fresh servers release date. Some of you even make it sound like they have DROPPED it which there is NO SOURCE what so ever that can confirm at the moment.

The Elysium team would not let so many people down. We all know that.

I keep seeing people from the old Nostalrius talking about how they are so many more than us and acting all tough as if they are the big brothers / sisters and we that want the fresh server is outnumbered 1 to 10000 and that "We don't need a fresh" server and yata yata because everything will be perfect for them on the 17'th of December. Take that with a grain of salt please as they have yet to realize just how many people that will join the fresh server and in just a matter of time - be on par if not outnumbering the old servers due to the hype surrounding this project.

And back to the Fresh server at that: of course we need a fresh server. I for one would not be cool with having to start 2 whole raid tires behind others only to never be able to climb my way up to be there for "New release" content on the release date, the opening of BWL and ZG, the War Effort and the Scourge invasion. So many of us want's to be there and be READY for it when it comes and the Elysium team KNOWS this so there is no way they would let us down and NOT open a fresh server.

And the Elysium team know damn well too that many of us are most likely planing the same: To level the s*** out of fresh characters on a fresh server during X-mas vacation, yet you all make it sound like they will let us down? I highly doubt that.

Let the Nostalrius servers come first, they will see how much it takes before things catch fire and by the data collected by that - a fresh server launching more smoothly is highly possible and that in time for "approximately" everyone's X-mas vacation. Just... Please don't think that the Elysium team is giving up or some crap like that.

Chin up and keep your hopes up - The fresh start will come and that before the majority currently fears is "too late" - belive in the Elysium team which so far has only delivered on the good side of things.

PvE before fresh PvE was probably done so that the PvE realm isn't a ghost town.

Been a real no-lifin' machine on Nost, backpeddalin' from day 1 to the very last day, Rank 10, all BG reps and epic weapon as an anti-social Warrior.

 

Still gonna reroll on fresh realm as I personally find the all-level-1 journey way more funny than just raidlog. Can't wait ...

But then, all the drama tears and common players entitlement, is way more savoursome than if the Vanilla server was aired right now ...

Everybody who take´s a second to think will realize that everything is as announced in schedule...

I mean it has always been await that the fresh start will be released 3-4 weeks after the first server,..

I don't know why people act like chickens without heads all of a sudden. The fresh PvP server will come out and nothing has changed accordingly to their release statements. There wouldn't even had been a server if they didn't believe in it.

I remember waiting for WoW's launch after the second stress test.  The wait is blizz-like, the server crashes will be blizz-like, and it'll all be mad fun.  Not sure what some other people were playing, but Vanilla WoW is a WAITING GAME.

 

Besides, the old PVP and PVE servers will tank the technical issues, by the time Elysium starts I believe there will be less problems, less-massive pop than if it launched at the same time.
