Elysium PvP progressing to TBC

Eventually the two servers Nostalrius PvP and Elysium PvP will become practically identical, after the latter catches up in raid content. This seems a bit redundant. Have you thought about differentiating Elysium by having it transition to TBC, the last good WoW expansion, once it's done all vanilla content? There are no good TBC servers, they all allow multiboxing, have cash shops, and have a populations of a few hundred people at most.

Characters already created on our Vanilla PVP & PVE servers will be able to be copied on the TBC realm under condition, not to have a negative impact on the economy, which will be described when the server will be ready to use.

I'm pretty sure the last good expansion was Wotlk but we all have a difference of opinions.

Yeah Middle of that expansion.   Uldar was the peak of the goodness before the gimics were everywhere and too many "catch-up" mechanics.  (granted the first boss was retarded with vehicles)

This is a bad idea, and I will tell you why.

 

I played on feenix wows emerald dream, a 1x vanilla server, and they merged their two vanilla servers and upgraded it to TBC.

 

You spend literally years gearing up in vanilla, trust me, you know how much of that gear is transferable to TBC? Basically all gets replaced - Ever want to go back and play vanilla? You CAN'T, because you now have a level 70 and all your old gear is useless, now you have to completely restart if you ever want to play vanilla again.

 

You know what the real kick in the nuts was, after they forced our full t2 characters to TBC, they released a NEW vanilla server. So in my eyes they are trash. AQ40 'just' came out on Emerald Dream, not even Naxxramas, so I guess we just never got to complete the game, I fume just thinking about it.

 

Or they could just have a brand new TBC server for us to play on, you don't need your vanilla raiding gear to reach level 70, it's not worth it. Copy paste our characters to it like a PTR maybe, but please no force upgrade.
