mob tagging in dungeons

so me and 2 friends were planning on boosting eachothers alts after we get 60 on our mains via dungeon mob tagging. i got some questions:

 

1-is it against the rules?alt and main go in, pull everything, level 60 leaves party, low level tags, 60 kills before the 1 min timer

2-if it is allowed, has it been nerved or will it be nerfed?(experience-wise)

Mob tagging is permitted and hasn't been nerfed like Kronos nerfed it.     I remember doing the same thing on my mage for my brother in 2005 when he finally decided to play and made a rogue.

I leveled a bit via mob tagging on nost, I even openly looked for people in trade to do it. So I dont think you can get banned for it.

 

I would hire a 60 to gather mobs, I do an aoe on them, he finishes them off. I usually paid 30g an hour for this service, did it a few times. No GMs ever asked me to stop or gave me any warnings, but as far as i know they could have just never noticed me.

Back in the day up until wrath you could. All you had to do was drop group before u did the pull and do the pull before kick timer runs out then reinvite to get rid of timer rinse repeat. This is how I pl'd a few peoples characters though I didn't start doing it till tbc the mechanics are the same in classic.

On Nost, Dungeon Mob tagging was fine. Dual boxing or controlling more than one character in the dungeon, is not fine. So you'd need a group of people willing to do this for you.

Seems kinda cheesy. I've never mob tagged in this fashion. Would rather get there on my own steam.

mob-tagging inside and out of dungeons is allowed as long as you follow the rest of the rules.
