Cut content pvp vanilla server after old nost and fresh servers release

I have said this many times in the discord server, but I also shall say it here, as is this very important, I would love to see a vanilla wow pvp server full of cut content from vanilla retail restored on a pvp server.

 

Some of this cut content includes the complete Ashbringer quest line(It was meant to balance the Thunderfury quest line, including on how hard it was to get), the actual item is already in vanilla wow, but doesn't spawn anywhere in the game normally outside of GMs spawning it.

 

Anther area that was cut from retail vanilla wow is the second level for Ironforge that was in the WoW Alpha, a whole spray of npcs and stuff could be added, however i do believe the center area for the original ironforge in vanilla retail should remain.

 

A major thing that was cut that alot of you already know about is the pre 1.4 unarmored epic mounts, these mounts were eventually cut after release due to the armored epic mounts added in later patches, but i find that these mounts look much more amazing than their armored counterparts.

 

Also things that were cut like the battle for Hyjal, Caverns of time, the original outlands area, the black morass, I think seeing these areas restored in the vanilla rather than having a TBC server going would be much more amazing, world pvp on this server would be nothing short of fantastic and awesome, and I know it would be something alot of you would look forward to after nost and elysium fresh are released, it would be vanilla, but also something different, and in my opinion, alot better, and if anyone can do it, it would be the Eysium-Nostalrius Dev Team, please share this! I would love to hear you're guys comments, suggestions, opinions, and ideas!

As fun as it sounds, it's probably not likely to happen. The team have enough on their hands, reintroducing the Nostalrius database and a fresh server as it is, let alone restore content that was never made.

The 1.4 mounts are available to nost servers up to a point. After the specific patch they become unavailable, just like in vanilla.

yeah true Savvy, i hope they retain them in the server i am thinking of, i rather them be ingame, than donation or vanity items.

i think they made them a little longer available than the patch. so more ppl could get them with the cloth q. but thats one thing i didnt like. they should do it exactly like nilla.

Yes Zappa, but this would be well after all the patch content for all current servers to be released, is released, so in essence, it would be a side project for them to do, as I would love to see what Ely-Nost can truly do, and if anyone can do it, it's certainly them.

I would rather they spent any spare time they had on the BC server.

 

IMHO Vanilla is just a warmup, before we get to the real deal BC.
