I`m sorry but 1% grow at 150k Honor at rank 9  is so wrong .. I`m sorry but u should fix this long time agooo... 6th week i can achieve rank 10 coz your system is fucked up!

So you were about standing 325? That's normally just below 8000 rank points earnt.

At about 90% of the way through rank 9 like you said in the other thread you should decay around 7900 rank points

I did 300k weeks to get r10.

Seems .. i must accept this .. 1-3% per week to get rank 10.. Coz i rly dont have more time to play then 3-4 hours per night and more at weekends.

Welcome to PvP in vanilla. Rank 9 and 10 are the first ranks that require effort to reach.

There are issues in how RP gains are being calculated since weeks. The few players who noticed it made bug reports as well as forum threads which got denied with little to no investigation.

The formula used has something wrong either in how it calculates RP gain differences within 1 bracket depending on honor amounts or how it considers the honor amounts/differences of the 1st/last person in bracket 1 and bracket 2.

Go explain why a player with standing 48 for a week with 3K players in pvp base got below the MINIMUM RP he was supposed to gain in bracket 2. Even in the most awful stacking situation possible for 1 bracket (for instance st1 at 1 mil honor and last person in br1 at 600K honor) there is a minimum amount of RP gained for each bracket, regardless of how big the difference is between honor count of top and bottom players in 1 bracket.

It is just an example and it's happening for several rankers every week, among them players who have ranked several times on several servers and have a perfect understanding of the ranking system in vanilla.The RP calculations are wrong since several weeks now. Go check bug tracker there is a very detailed and well written issue created about it...

@ OP 150k doesn't seem right for 1% gain  @R9 lol. soz for your loss hope you get R10. 

 

iirc when doing R9-R10 casually 150k a week was enough to make 25-30% progress depending on weekend. all in all i did around 450k for R10

On old Nostalrius i reached from 9 to 10 for 3 weeks .. doing 150-200k Honor per week ... Rank 10 is casual .. I must not be so hard to achieve. Anyway .. They have problems with RP distribution .. i hope they will fix it soon.. Intil then .. i will make honor to not decay only

Because with 150k honor u barely cap the decay! So if ur at beginning of r9, ur decay is 7k RP!

So , you are telling me ..... if u do less then 140k Honor.. i will begin to decay ? Cmon man  are you real ? On Nost i was doing the same amount of honor and i achieve rank 10 for 3 weeks. Here is some other level shit , idk what it is but its wrong. Rank 10 is casual , dont start with <Oh Rank 9 and 10 are hard to achieve , you must push more and more efforts. > ...10 Rank is casual. Period!. And the RP distribution here is wrong.There is less ranking ppl on Anathema then old Nost.

Rank 8 is casual, 10 you need to start playing for. 

R9 0.00% decay is 20% of your 35,000 RP aka 7000. At R10 it's 8000 RP decay.

On old Nost there was no Decay in the beginning so u could even get 2 ranks in same week! And also 140k this week is different than 140k next week! its all about ur standing! Depends on which bracket u are!
