No. It's much worse than that. You can't fish Oily Blackmouths open sea, even in Darkshore where it was a 25% drop rate. 

You can fish them (hilariously) at the freshwater lake outside of Tarren Mill including Stranglekelp and Firefin Snappers.

Hey man, this is the issue I was talking about. It's pretty harsh as I feel it effectively halves the squid drop rate... we've had a gimped squid season :(

Ah I see. So for Bay of Storms you need 425 to avoid ''getaways''. The failed loot box dialogue refers to articles that they removed from the database. So Mithril bound trunks can be caught from open water, but not in the database, so when you catch one the DB says ''nothing here'' and you get the empty dialogue loot box.

Why are there 4 servers when you can't make payments on 1 of them?  It is a free service, so it's your show...but this is just such a bad look in so many ways.

Please give an update on what u are planning to do with the war effort as soon as possible once anathema is back, since I feel like the requirements for some mats are just not reachable in a 3-4 week timeframe.

I cannot believe I just read all of the BS that people keep saying here.. give it the time it needs to work out the situation between OVH and the staff, they all have different hours of operation and remember the staff here also have REAL jobs that they must work at the feed their families and themselves.  When you are accused of a $2000 fraud from a company, it is not a situation that is dealt with overnight, have some patience and WAIT until things are figured out.  You aren't going to die just because you cannot log onto anathema for 2 days, go outside, take a walk and learn that life is not just sitting behind your computer bitching at a company that is doing EVERYTHING it can to bring the server back online due to a chargeback from a guild who obviously wanted to fuck the server over because they didn't get their way.
