That is also the case 2pac. - At the sight of this happening again. A goodbye will probaly be the result. 
But for us people with Working jobs and not having that moms basement time anymore its not that good. Haven taken the time off work for once and now loosing my gains. Its something to be avoided. At the cost of 58 Players getting some advantages, the 7 hour rollback seems to be a big price to pay. :)

this has been the biggest rollback since launch though i think. i'm sure they will prevent such a rollback from ever happening in the future once it is resolved. im sure this was out of their control though.

So 3 minutes of extra xp & loot for a small number of players means ALL players  who were online today lose up to seven hours of xp/loot/skills (I'm one of those who is going to lose literally the last seven hours).

That seems way over the top. Let them keep the gains.

Good that they found the issue, now we won't have to worry about it in the future. I'm just happy to have a vanilla server to play on where the devs care so much and try to fix the issues. Thanks a lot for working through your Friday to make play available to all of us again.

I am here to claim my award for the rollback's greatest victim:
I had JUST finished a BRD Quest run on my 59 Priest, doing 4 or 5 quests, including Jailbreak(!!!). As if this wasn't good enough, I won Flaming Circle (Rare epic head), Healing BiS gloves from the 7 Dwarf Bosses, and the robe from the last boss. 

I bet I'm back to level 58 now.

calm down bro. no1 does force you to play a freeshard, probably without even donating once. you know elysium devs do this as their hobby? they dont get rich on that. first think about what freeshard/private server means, and if you cant stand stuff like that, go play bli$$ shit retail wow. there you won't have any rollbacks

How can they come to this crazy conclusion that because some players benefit from 184 seconds of loot/exp exploit - the ENTIRE server population has to suffer 7 hours lost ?   It doesn't even affect me massively but you know there will be some people today (who may not be that necessarily vocal on the forums) who finally got lucky looting an Edgemaster's.  Please re-consider, once again HUGE decisions made with no community discussion beforehand.

It wasn't 5k gold - it was 85k gold from a mob in some cases.

During those three minutes tens if not hundreds of thousands gold were generated, you can't let it go.

Just wait where that attitude will get the server in a few months, the hype is already dying without such crap happening anyway
