I appreciate everyone here who has expressed their concerns and criticisms of the incident and how we have addressed it. Rollbacks like this are unfortunate because it ruins the time players put into the server, be it grinding raiding, whatever. We do our best to mitigate these issues, with regular backups and fast response.
