Myllz 8 Report post Posted May 3, 2017 - Watch videos of boss fights so you have a basic understanding of how they work - Download and install raiding addons (threat meters, boss encounter mods, class/role specific mods like decurse, etc.) - Assuming you join a raid guild, let the officers/class leaders know you're new to raiding so they know to walk you through how they do certain bosses or raids Raiding in vanilla is largely about awareness, preparing and participation. If you can manage to show up on time every raid, come prepared with the correct gear and items and be smart enough to move out of stuff or not get hit by things, you'll be fine. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

To not get ONE piece of loot in 2 months in a guild that's farming several bosses means that your guild is a corrupt loot council, or you just aren't pulling your weight and they find that you don't deserve loot. If it's DKP, then show up to more of the raids and you will get gear. Storfan 24 Report post Posted May 5, 2017 What do you plan to achieve in PvP if you dont raid? You cant reach r13/r14 by playing casual either. It's easier finding a good guild, gearing up and killing Cthun than reaching r14.
