Leveling +hit/crit items?

Recommended Posts

Hey, is it possible to get +HitChance +CritChance items at low level while leveling? Or enchants or anything to just make my char hit and crit more often? If yes then can you say how? Thanks.

There are next to no items with hit before level 47+. I believe the first one available is a 2h blue boe sword, then the melee/hunter ring from maraudon at level 49, I might be wrong.

Its very scarce and something you get more towards end game gearing. Crit item's are more easily found, but again not too many of them before level 40-50+.

Check and sort out different equipment here: http://db.vanillagaming.org/?items

The lowest lvl item to have +hit on it is actually a 2h axe by the name of "The executioners cleaver". You can see the entire list of +hit items here:

Just sort by lvl.

Here's a list of all items with +crit on it:

Thanks for links. So it's like I thought ;/ I really need hit chance much earlier than ~48+
Are there any other boosts except gear items? Can I get more hit from something else?
Btw. agi = crit chance? What's the difference between items that have agi and crit chance?

Agility does increase crit chance, but you need a lot of it in order to increase crit by whole percentages.  As far as I know there's no way to increase your hit chance before the 40's or so.

Shit, not good then. I miss/dodge/parry and sometimes resist so often. With a weapon like ~3.8 attack speed it's very problematic.

What I'm wondering is, what makes you think you absolutely "need" increased hit chance while leveling? Obviously some classes feel a lot less powerful when you miss a higher portion of your attacks, but it's not really a glaring issue for any of the classes at all. If you're fighting mobs above your level, maybe, but there's not many beneficial reasons to do that.

Typically while leveling, you'll be fine by just having your hit chance talents if your class has that.

Because sometimes I miss 3 times in a row. And dodge after that. So as paladin in this case, 90% dmg I do is with auto attacks. And seal proc but it can dodge/resist too. It happens while fighting yellow mobs, same level then.

General rule of thumb when leveling a 2H weapon class: fight stuff your level or lower.

Can you explain a little more I mean the differences between target levels and how much hit I need for each? It works the same way in PvP? Because in duels I had a feeling that I was hitting more often and while leveling and fighting mobs I was missing a lot.
