How is the horde/alliance balance on Elysium? I see the numbers but would like to get some input of the higher end crowd. 2. Is there anyway to get better sound files into the game client? They don't sound good to me in any way, and I can't recall if this is how it was back in the day or not. 3. For someone that lives in Cali, is 200ms normal for the server with 6000 people online? 4. If Cali is in Colombia then I think 200ms is pretty good. I would have guessed more. 4. There is an addon called Questie which you may want to check out. EU hours it's around 54:46 in favor of horde. NA hours it goes in favor of alliance, 52:48. It's around 50:50 during CN hours. So it's basically 50:50 nowadays. Alliance:Horde balance is pretty even, I believe there are slightly more Horde characters but both factions are teeming with players, it's really a non-issue. 2. The sound files are the originals, I wouldn't recommend meddling with game files as it's against the rules and if their software detects changes in your game, you're looking at a perma ban. That being said I have a friend who has modified the game to improve the FOV for widescreen monitors and he's not had any issue. If you are able to change the game sound files, do so at your own peril...! 3. Can't speak to latency from America as I don't live there. 4. The game is as close to the original as possible. No new features. But since it's the stock version of 1.12.1 there are hundreds of addons out there that you can download and that work with the game. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

However I'm lv50, and I usually meet with new players, so you didn't miss anything. Can't speak for the other items... but I live in Cali and play on Darrowshire in the evening once my kids are in bed... even with streaming music I can manage about 170ms, but that's also a much less populated server. Try turning off the in-game music and streaming some new "retro" Synthwave or the "Meet The Professionals" mix by ThePrimeCronus... it's pretty epic. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Horde outnumbers alliance at 60, but there are more leveling alliance. 2. Anticheat might detect and ban 3. I'm in southeast arizona with 181ms, the server is hosted in France. 4.
